UPDATE: Suspect Shot by ND BCI Agent During Cass County Drug Task Force Arrest

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Fargo Police say a North Dakota BCI agent fired a gun during the Cass County Drug Task Force arrest of an individual with a felony warrant.

It happened just before 1 p.m. in the 1400 block of 10th Avenue South in Fargo.

They say there were no serious injuries as a result of this incident.

The identity of the suspect has not been released.

Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is handling the investigation due to the numerous agencies involved in the task force.

Law enforcement was still on scene well over three hours later.

There is a large law enforcement presence at a house in Fargo in the 1400 block of 10th Avenue South.

A reporter on scene says Fargo Police, North Dakota Highway Patrol is there along with Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the U.S. Postal Inspector.
