FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Fargo police detain three people after they and the SWAT team pulled off what police characterize as a high-risk drug raid early Tuesday morning on the city’s south side.

Out of the three, 30-year-old Jesse Ware, of Fargo, was arrested and taken into custody.

He has been charged with Driving Under Suspension, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession with Intent to Distribute, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Possession with Intent to Deliver Fentanyl and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Fargo police say it happened around 5 a.m. in the 1600 block of East Gateway Circle.

Red River Valley SWAT members used a flash bang device as a distraction while officers breached the door.

Fargo police say they’re not releasing the names of the detained people yet.

The Cass County Drug Task Force was also involved in the morning raid.

The investigation is ongoing, and police say they won’t release any more information yet.
