SUV In Reverse Hits 83-Year-Old Woman, Three Vehicles And One Building in Valley City

VALLEY CITY, N.D. (KVRR) — An 83-year-old Valley City woman is in a Fargo hospital after getting hit by an SUV while walking.

The driver of that SUV had the vehicle in reverse and also hit three parked, unoccupied vehicles and an office/apartment building.

It all happened around three Sunday afternoon in the 100 block of 3rd Street Northwest in Valley City.

The woman was taken to Mercy Hospital by ambulance before being flown to Fargo by Sanford AirMed with life threatening injuries.

The 85-year-old driver of the SUV from Page, North Dakota was not injured.

Names have not been released.

North Dakota Highway Patrol says the incident and potential charges are under investigation.
