UND Athletics Partners With Sanford Health For Student-Athlete Care

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR) — Sanford Health is becoming the official physician provider for UND student-athletes.

The partnership is effective July 1.

UND Athletics Director Bill Chaves says they are looking forward to working with Sanford Health to improve athletic and personal performance.

Sanford Health opened a clinic in east Grand Forks in 2000 and another clinic in 2021.

They also merged with Valley Bone and Joint last year.

They say that will give student-athletes access to the best orthopedic providers the region has to offer.
