Fourth Graders Take In A Day At The Symphony at Concordia College

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — Area fourth graders get a taste of the symphony at Concordia College.

Memorial Auditorium hosting three “Young People’s Concerts” performed by the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Orchestra.

For many of these kids, it’s their first experience hearing a live symphony orchestra.

It’s also the age when kids are choosing which instrument they will play in their school music program.

The general public will get a chance to see and hear the FM Symphony Kids in the Concert Hall performance on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Fargo Theatre.

Tickets range from $10-$30 plus fees.

The performance will include two recent competition winners: Jaxon Dewald a Concordia student and saxophonist and Gabe Sagini a Red River High School violinist.
