UPDATE: Endangered Missing Person in Moorhead Found Safe

UPDATE: (1:22PM MAY 21, 20224) Moorhead police Department has canceled the alert for Venita Abbott. Abbott has been located safe.

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — Moorhead Police Department and Minnesota BCA have issued an endangered missing person alert for 35-year-old Venita Abbott.

Police say she was last seen leaving the area of the 3000 block of 41st Avenue South Moorhead.

They did not say when she was last seen.

She is 5’9″, 130 pounds with red hair and green eyes.

Abbott was last scene wearing a tan t-shirt, pink leggings, and tan sneakers.
