Woman Sentenced to Time Served in Fatal Motorcycle Crash In April 2023

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A West Fargo woman charged in a deadly motorcycle crash in April 2023 has been sentenced to time served and three years of probation.
Taquoya Saldana had changed her plea to guilty to reckless endangerment in the crash that killed 31-year-old Thomas Fradet of Fargo.
The judge sentenced Saldana to 120 days of a five year sentence, which she has already served.
She was also ordered to complete a defensive driving course.
Saldana was westbound on Main Avenue and turning onto 17th Street East when reports show she ran into Fradet’s motorcycle at a high rate of speed, killing him.
