“Day of Play” Held At RDO Equipment in Moorhead

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — Does your little kid have big dreams about big toys?

RDO Equipment and John Deere are coming off another year of their “Day of Play”.

It’s when the construction and farming equipment dealer opens its doors to families in the region.

It gives kids who might not grow up on a farm or in a construction industry family the chance to see and play with the gear.

It’s important because it helps them understand the equipment that shapes their world and grows their food, according to company officials.

“We have young people, come for tractor rides, hot dogs, slushies, bounce houses ride on Gators, they get to play in the corn pit, barrel train. Really, just allow young people to come, have some fun, and see the tractors that they play in their sandbox with in full size,” said Andy Luikens, Recruiting Program Manager with RDO Equipment Co.
