UPDATE: Volunteers Needed Monday To Search for Missing Henning Man With Dementia

OTTER TAIL CO., Minn. (KVRR: 9PM UPATE 6/23/24) — Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office is now requesting the help of volunteers in the search for 79-year-old Robert Shaw.
He went missing Saturday after walking away from his home in rural Henning.
Shaw has dementia.
Volunteers are asked to meet Monday at 8 a.m. at 21791 State Highway 29 in Henning.
To help with tracking the area they are asked to download the free “Caltopo” (cal-toe-poe) App.
A search today included numerous aircraft, K9’s, drones, an airboat, horses and UTV’s along with 150 local community members, firemen and two search and rescue teams.

OTTER TAIL CO., Minn. (KVRR) — Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office continues to search for Robert Shaw.
They say the 79-year-old man went missing Saturday after walking away from his rural Henning home in the area of County Highway 134 and State Highway 29.
Shaw is white, around 5′10″ and 160 pounds and has dementia.
Neighbors are being asked to search all outbuildings and deer stands and check surveillance cameras.
The sheriff’s office is not asking for support from the public to do a ground search at this point but they may request help in the near future.
