FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A Fargo man is arrested for threatening staff at a business twice this month.

21-year-old Daniel Ferris was arrested for terrorizing with a dangerous weapon.

He was also cited for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Police say they responded to a disturbance at an unnamed business in the 2100 block of South University Drive last Tuesday.

A manager said an unidentified male had previously threatened staff on July 13 and banged on the windows. They feared he was armed.

A few days later he returned to the store and made threats after he was asked to leave.

Officers used video footage to track down Ferris and he admitted there had been an altercation.

No firearm was found in Ferris’s possession.
