UPDATE: Missing Moorhead man taken into custody

UPDATE:  Richard Folden was located and taken into custody in Fargo.

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — A warrant is issued for the arrest of a missing person.

Moorhead Police says 67-year-old Richard Folden is a Level 3 Predatory Offender.

The MN Department of Corrections issued the warrant for his arrest after the Fargo Police Department issued the missing persons alert.

He was last seen Sunday after 9 p.m. in the 2700 Block of 32 Avenue South near Essentia.

He is described as 5’7, 210 lbs., with gray hair and brown eyes.

He was last wearing a hospital gown, purple pants, and red and pink shoes.
