Fargo Homicide Suspect Still Wanted, Name of Victim Released

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Police are still searching for a suspect in a deadly shooting on Friday in the 22 hundred block of 12th Avenue South in Fargo.
This is the man they are looking for: 34-year-old Leo Dartoe of Fargo.
Police have also identified the shooting victim as 35-year-old Sampson Bleh.
If you spot Dartoe, police say you should not approach or apprehend him but instead call 9-1-1.
Pass along the details of where he was spotted, clothing and the direction he is headed as well as if he is with anyone.
Bleh was shot early Friday afternoon and later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
Dartoe fled the scene before officers arrived.
Police say Dartoe and Bleh knew each other.
The investigation is ongoing.
