Alcohol Believed to be Factor In Deadly Single-Vehicle Crash Near Pelican Lake Wednesday Night

OTTER TAIL CO., Minn. (KVRR) — One person has died in a single vehicle crash near Pelican Lake in Otter Tail County.

The sheriff’s office was called to the crash site around 9 p.m. last night in rural Dunn Township.

Life saving measures were attempted on the adult driver, but were unsuccessful.

They were pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim’s name, gender and hometown have not yet been released.

The sheriff’s office says alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
