Murder Charges Filed After Weekend Shooting in Fargo

FARGO (KFGO) – A Fargo man has been charged with murder in the shooting death of another Fargo man outside a Fargo apartment building early Saturday morning.

24-year-old Tyreik Taylor-Roberts told police that he and 25-year-old Jalab Moses got into an argument.

He said Moses tried to grab his gun and he shot Moses twice in the chest.

Taylor-Roberts claimed it was self-defense.

He is also facing a drug charge.

Police say a search of his apartment uncovered suspected fentanyl pills and a smoking device.
