Two Teens Accused of Throwing Rocks Through Windows in East Grand Forks

EAST GRAND FORKS, Minn. (KVRR) — Two teens are being cited for vandalism to houses in East Grand Forks.
The police chief says two boys, ages 13 and 15, are accused of throwing rocks through the windows of at least five houses.
They were caught thanks to tips from the public and video from a Ring doorbell camera.
The chief says the boys admitted to being involved in the vandalism.
The teens are being referred to Polk County Juvenile Court.
