Fargodome Open Houses Planned To Promote Sales Tax Measure

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Fargodome leaders are working to secure votes for a one-quarter of one percent sales tax to fund its remodeling and ongoing maintenance.
The tax would be in place for 20 years.
You can attend an open house presentation to get an overview of the future renovations and upgrades planned to enhance the 30-year-old building.
They will be held on Tuesday starting at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and again on Monday, October 21 at 5 p.m.
In addition to the Fargodome Authority President, General Manager Rob Sobolik and NDSU Athletic Director Matt Larsen will also be there to answer questions.
The sales tax will appear as City of Fargo Measure 1 on the November ballot.
