UPDATE: Two people in custody in connection to Grand Forks murder investigation

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR) – Grand Forks Police are investigating a murder.
UPDATE (At 2:27 p.m. Friday): The 49-year-old man who, police say, died of suspicious injuries has been identified as Anthony Kiehl of Grand Forks.
According to a release from the Grand Forks Police Dept., two people have been taken into custody as persons of interest. Their identities are being withheld due to the fact the case is an ongoing investigation. Formal charges have not been filed against either person.
Police went to a home in the 100 block of Cherry Street around 9 p.m. Thursday on a report of an unresponsive man. They found a 49-year-old man suffering from what they call suspicious injuries.
The victim was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say they have a person of interest in mind, and they believe the suspect and the victim were known to each other. Their identities have not been released.
