FARGO, N.D. – The 18th Annual Xcel Energy Holiday Lights Parade brought cheer to the downtowns of both Fargo and Moorhead.

The parade got underway at 6:30 P.M. sharp on Saturday.

It began on Center Ave. in Moorhead before rumbling straight down Broadway in Fargo.

Those were Sergeant Zach Robinson, Officer Tyler Hawes, Officer Andrew Dotas and the parents of the late Officer Jake Wallin – Jeff and Amy.
