FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A second suspect is arrested for his role in the murder of Rahsaan Wilson last month in south Fargo.

Police say 24-year-old Patrick Martin Jr. of Chicago was arrested on Tuesday for murder and conspiracy to commit robbery.

Martin was already in Cass County Jail on unrelated charges.

The first suspect, 30-year-old Steven Burrell of Fargo, was caught in Iowa but is being held in Louisiana on other charges in that area.

Burrell is charged with murder and conspiracy to commit robbery in Cass County.

Wilson, who was 32, was shot multiple times and received aid from bystanders before dying at a local hospital.

At the time, police said Wilson and Burrell were acquaintances.
