Fargo Man Arrested After Pursuit And Crash Into Squad Car and Parked Vehicles In West Fargo

WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Another pursuit last night in West Fargo lands 23-year-old Elijah Belgarde of Fargo behind bars.

Officers tried to stop Belgarde for an open warrant and suspended license, but he fled.

They used a pursuit intervention technique, but Belgarde kept going.

He finally came to a stop after hitting a squard car and some parked vehicles.

Belgarde was arrested for fleeing, reckless endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia, and an outstanding warrant.

No one was injured during the pursuit or crash.
