FARGO, N.D. (KVRR)  — A man arrested in Georgia in November for a Fargo homicide last summer was back in court in Fargo on Wednesday.

Judge John Irby determined there is enough evidence in the case of Leo Dartoe to proceed to trial.

Dartoe has pleaded not guilty.

A trial date has not been set but another hearing is planned for April 9.

The 34-year-old Dartoe is charged with murder for the shooting death of Sampson Bleh last August.

He also faces weapon and delivery of fentanyl charges.

Another man, Geettoe Kamara, is accused of taking fentanyl pills from Bleh’s pockets after he was shot in the chest.

Kamara was later charged with accomplice to murder but the charge was dismissed in December.
