FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (KVRR) — Bail is set at $500 cash with conditions for a rural Fergus Falls man who is accused of threatening to shoot a person in the face.

33-year-old Donavan Bolden is charged with threats of violence and domestic assault in the Friday night incident that involved the SWAT team.

Court records indicate Bolden punched the television and threatened to shoot the victim in the face with a 9mm handgun.

The violence started after Walmart refused to cash a check from work.

Bolden returned to the home with 50 rounds of ammunition and the victim says he stated that he would shoot anybody that challenged him.

SWAT was able to convince Bolden to come out and he was arrested.

Other firearms were found in the home.
