UPDATE: Man pulled from Red River in Moorhead Has Died

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR 2pm 3/27/25) — A Moorhead man pulled from the Red River late Wednesday afternoon has died.
Police were called to the 4300 block of South River Haven Road on a missing person report.
They found the 63-year-old man unresponsive in the water.
He was taken to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo was he was later pronounced dead.
His body is undergoing an autopsy at Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Police say the circumstances leading up to the man entering the water are still under investigation.
The man’s name will be released after all family has been notified.

MOORHEAD (KFGO/KVRR) – A man was pulled from the Red River in Moorhead Wednesday afternoon.
Around 4:30 p.m., Moorhead Police responded to a missing person report in the 4300 block of South River Haven Road. There, officers found the man unresponsive in the river.
Multiple agencies responded and the man was pulled from the water. Sanford Ambulance took the man to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo.
The man’s condition hasn’t been released and no other information is available.
