Man Caught Inside Horace Business Overnight, Faces Burglary And Other Charges

HORACE, N.D. (KVRR) — A security camera at a business in Horace catches a burglar in the act overnight and the owner calls authorities.

Cass County Sheriff’s deputies arrived around 3 a.m. along with a K9 unit from West Fargo and they located and arrested 38-year-old Timothy Lowseth of West Fargo.

Following an initial investigation at the business in the 9700 block of Industrial Drive, Lowseth was arrested on multiple charges including burglary, theft of property, terrorizing and other charges.

He also has six warrants for probation violations in Cass and Clay Counties.

The investigation is looking into whether Lowseth is tied to additional crimes in the region.
