Theft From Charity Trial For Faith and Charles Dixon Pushed Back to November

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — The criminal case of a local activist and her husband is being pushed back again.
The trial that was supposed to start this month for Faith and Charles Dixon is now scheduled for November.
A hearing was held this afternoon by Zoom as attorneys ask for more detailed information about the charges filed against the couple.
The judge is taking the motion under advisement.
Faith Dixon is charged with five counts of theft of property and Charles two counts for moving thousands of dollars from her charity, Faith4Hope, to personal and family accounts.
The charity was located in Fargo but the case is being tried in Bismarck since the grant money came from North Dakota Department of Public Instruction.
A jury trial is now set to start November 18.
