Fire at Hankinson building; 5 businesses with smoke & water damage

HANKINSON, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — Five businesses have smoke and water damage after a fire breaks out in Hankinson Friday afternoon.

The Richland County Sheriff’s Office says the call came in just after 4 p.m. for smoke seen coming out of the windows at 101 1st Street Northeast.

Hankinson Fire and Lidgerwood Fire responded to the scene.

No one was inside the building.

A damage estimate is not yet available.
