Domestic Incident In Cando, N.D. Lands Man Behind Bars After Firing Weapon

CANDO, N.D. (KVRR) — A man with a firearm is arrested after a domestic incident this afternoon in Cando, North Dakota in Towner County.
25-year-old Isaiah Lacey was taken into custody and is now at Heart of America Correctional Center in Rugby.
The sheriff’s office was contacted around 3 p.m. that Lacey was in a house with another adult and two kids.
Deputies secured the area and he eventually came out without a weapon.
During their investigation, they found the firearm and learned that it had been fired inside the home.
Lacey faces charges of discharge of a weapon within a city, domestic violence, reckless endangerment and felon in possession of a firearm.
He is expected in court on May 13.
