Former Water Resource Board Secretary Charged With Two Felonies in Cavalier County

LANGDON, N.D. (KVRR) — The former Cavalier County Water Resource Board secretary is charged with two felonies.

Kensi Breyer is charged with the misapplication of entrusted property between $10,000 and $50,000 and tampering with public records.

Breyer is accused of making false entries into financial records and transferring thousands of dollars from the board’s accounts.

A court date has not yet been set.
