MSUM Begins Moving in Students for School Year
They're the first of the Big 3 in the area to have move-in day, with NDSU having theirs on Saturday and Concordia hosting one on Sunday.

MOORHEAD, MN (KVRR) – Back-to-school season is upon us, and that means the wave of students moving in to college dormitories has begun.
The first domino to fall: Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Move-in day began this morning and students and their families continued to arrive throughout the afternoon.
MSUM staff were ready to assist, helping unload items, pointing people in the right direction, and even helping students properly loft their beds.
The staff says no matter the year, there’s always a special energy around move-in day.
“I love meeting the parents, I love meeting the students,” said Carol Jergensen, Associate Director of Housing for MSUM.
“The energy and nervous excitement they have is really fun.”
On campus housing can host about 1,100 students and staff says thanks to increased enrollment, almost all their beds are filled this year.
