Moorhead High School Marching Band performs at Minnesota State Fair

FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. (KVRR) — It’s not just about the food and rides, the Great Minnesota Get-Together is also about showing off Midwest talent.

Marching bands from all over the region perform at the Minnesota State Fair, even the Moorhead High School Marching Band.

One of KVRR’s morning show employees was at the fair on Friday, August 22 and captured the band during the fair’s daily parade which gets going at 2:00 in the afternoon.

According to the state fair’s website, the 14-block parade route begins near the Haunted House, goes north on Cosgrove Street, west on Randall Avenue, and south on Underwood Street.

The state fair runs through Labor Day.
