Plans released for a third Chick-fil-A location in FM Metro

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A third Chick-fil-A location is coming to the FM metro.

A permit has been filed with the City of Fargo for a new building at 2301 55th Street South, just south of Sanford Medical Center.

The permit says the building will include a drive-thru with free-standing, non-combustible order and meal delivery canopies.

It will be built from the ground up and include all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural systems.

The building is projected to cost $850,000 to construct.

If approved, construction could begin soon.

A timeline for opening has not been released.

The first Chick-fil-A in Fargo opened in 2018 followed by a second location inside Memorial Union at NDSU last year.
