Attempted murder suspect arrested in Moorhead

The Fargo Police Department says Lena Deoliviera was taken into custody without incident.

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — A woman suspected of attempted murder in Fargo has been arrested in Moorhead.

Police took 23-year-old Lena Deoliveira into custody today without incident.

Fargo Police responded to an assault early Friday near the 700 block of College Street North.

They found a man with significant injuries and through an investigation identified Deoliveira of Moorhead as the suspect.

She is known to the victim who is being treated at a local hospital for his injuries.

Deoliveira is currently being held at Clay County Jail and is expected to be extradited to Cass County.
