Man arrested after acting erratically and running from police in south Fargo Wednesday morning

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Police respond to the 2600 block of 12th Avenue South just before noon for a man who appeared to have injuries from an altercation.

They say 23-year-old Bugwuji Hill, who has no permanent address, was acting erratically and started to run.

Officers chased him and used a Taser to subdue the man.

Hill was arrested and taken to a local medical facility.

Once medically cleared, he will be booked into Cass County Jail for refusal to halt and preventing arrest.
