Man wanted in armed robbery in north Fargo on Tuesday is arrested

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A man wanted for an armed robbery in north Fargo earlier this week has been arrested.

Fargo Police took 29-year-old Nathanial Smith into custody this afternoon in the 1400 block of 34th Street South.

Smith, who has no permanent address, was identified as the suspect in the robbery on Tuesday morning in the 300 block of 26th Avenue North.

The pickup and trailer that he took was found later that day.

Smith has multiple outstanding warrants and was arrested for burglary, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a stolen firearm, preventing arrest, refusal to halt and additional pending charges.
