Town hall meeting planned Tuesday to talk about relocating Downtown Engagement Center

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A town hall meeting will be held next Tuesday to talk about the possible relocation of the Downtown Engagement Center, or DEC.

The meeting will be held in Fargo City Commission Chambers from 5 to 6:30 on September 23.

It will also be streamed at TVFargo.com as well as on the city’s Facebook and YouTube accounts.

Through a no-cost partnership with consultants from Bloomberg Associates, three sites for a potential relocation of the DEC have been announced including: 610 North University Drive, 720 14th Street North, and 2001 1st Avenue North.

Fargo City Commission will revisit the topic at its September 29 meeting.
