MOORHEAD, Minn (KVRR) – A man wanted in connection with a Fargo armed robbery shooting earlier this month was arrested in Moorhead late Friday night. The Moorhead Police Department says 35-year-old Dennis Salinas and two others were arrested in an apartment.

The other two arrests were not related to the shooting, but had active warrants. They were identified as 30-year-old Andrew Collison and 27-year-old Heather Badar.

Due to Salinas’ violent criminal history and active warrants, Moorhead Police requested the assistance of the Red River Valley SWAT to assist with entry and the arrest.

During their entry, an officer recovered a gun that was thrown from the apartment balcony during the operation.

All three are being held in the Clay County Jail.

24-year-old Braden Poitra, also wanted in connection with the Fargo shooting, was arrested in West Fargo Tuesday night. The shooting victim had serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. He is expected to recover.
