No jail time for man accused of running over bicyclist last March in downtown Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — The Hawley, Minnesota man accused of running over a biker in downtown Fargo in March will serve no jail time.
43-year-old Jeremy Jorgenson reached a deal and pleaded guilty to misdemeanor reckless endangerment.
The judge gave Jorgenson 360 days of probation and a $325 fine.
He was initially charged with one count of duty in accident involving death in the incident that killed 61-year-old Bernd Scholz of Fargo.
He was on his bicycle at the intersection of NP Avenue and 10th Street North when he was hit.
