Cause of October apartment fire in Fargo remains undetermined, damage estimated at $500,000

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — The cause of an apartment fire that caused $500,000 in damage remains undetermined after an investigation.

The fire broke out on October 30 in the living room of a second-floor apartment at 1521 27th Avenue South.

One person had to be rescued while one cat died.

The fire extended onto the balcony and spread to the third floor and attic.

A second alarm was called in to help fire the fight.
