Man dies following workplace accident in north Moorhead
MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — A worker dies at the hospital following a workplace accident in north Moorhead.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says they responded to a traumatic chest injury at Bert’s Truck Equipment at 3804 Highway 75 North after 9 a.m.
They say an axle had fallen on a man.
He was conscious, alert, and speaking with deputies before being taken to Sanford by ambulance.
The man lost consciousness on the way to the hospital and was pronounced dead after arriving at the emergency room.
The victim’s name will not be released until family has been notified.
