19-Year-Old Shot to Death in Frazee
The Becker County Sheriff's Office has detained four people they believe are connected to the shooting.

FRAZEE, MN (KVRR) – A young man is dead after an early-morning shooting in Frazee that appears to be an isolated, targeted attack.
The Becker County Sheriff’s Office says the incident took place just before 2:45 A.M. at 701 West Ash Avenue on December 20. Reports indicated that shots were fired, one person was hit, and four suspects fled the scene in a black SUV.
Deputies arrived and located the shooting victim, a 19-year-old man. He was taken to Essentia-St. Mary’s, where he later died from his injuries.
The SUV was later located north of Perham by a deputy from Otter Tail County. All four of the suspects were still inside. They were taken into custody.
This incident is still under investigation and names will be withheld for the time being.
UPDATE (5:15 P.M., Dec. 20): The victim has been identified as Bryson Andrew May of Frazee. He was 19 years old.
UPDATE (2:52 P.M., Dec. 21): The Becker County Sheriff’s Office has stated that two of the four suspects originally detained are still in custody and are now awaiting formal charges. One is 19-year-old Arthur Deshun Campbell of New York Mills. He is being held in the Becker County Jail. The other is a 16-year-old male, name withheld, who is currently in juvenile detention.
