MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — Clay County DFL has announced it will hold its “Fired Up Fridays” this week for shooting victim Renee Good.

In a social media post, they say a candlelight vigil will be held on Friday in honor of Good and for, quote, “All victims of this corrupt administration”.

Good was shot while attempting to drive away from ICE agents Wednesday morning in a Minneapolis neighborhood.

She later died at a hospital.

Homeland Secretary Kristi Noem called Good a domestic terrorist and says ICE agents had been harassed.

“Had blocked them in. They were impeding our law enforcement operations, which is against the law, ” said Noem.

Clay County DFL will be gathering from 4 p.m. to 5:30 pm. on Friday, January 9 at 8th Street and 24th Avenue South in Moorhead.

They are also encouraging people to bring signs condemning the murder of Good in Minneapolis on Wednesday.
