Country singer and songwriter Kylie Morgan is in Fargo.

She is widely known for her anti-bullying campaign.

KVRR’s Brittany Ford has how she is hoping to raise awareness in our area.

Oklahoma country singer Kylie Morgan is the face of Vanity Clothing.

Her partnership with Vanity began with the idea of giving back.

“I lost my house in a tornado a few years ago, and they reached out to me and were so sweet enough to donate some cloths to help me refill my closets so I pretty much reached back out to them.  Thank you guys so much I’d love to work with you,” said Kylie.

Not only is she a talented songwriter, she also is using her new found popularity for good use with her anti bullying campaign.

After losing a friend to suicide as a result of bullying, she started the “It Matters What We do” campaign.

As an effort to bring awareness for bully prevention, Morgan put on a free LIVE performance at Vanity in West Acres.

“Something that affects lots of people, which bullying does and it’s not just the young it’s the older as well. Kylie does such a great job by speaking to kids. It was just something Vanity felt our customers relate to and something that was important to us,” said Mary Miller, Vice President of Marketing for Vanity Clothing.

Customers enjoyed the music, and appreciated how she is using voice in the community.

“I heard her play Royals.  I love that song, she did a really good job. I think when famous people speak against bullying or speak about anti-drug things for young children it’s really good because there’s a lot of bullying going on,” said Vanity Customer Michaela Smith.

Kylie is doing her part to put an end to all that bullying.
