UPDATE: A Baby Found Unresponsive At A West Fargo Daycare Has Died.

Authorities found the baby, 6-month-old Owen Skodje, not breathing on Monday afternoon at an unlicensed home daycare in West Fargo.

Owen was first taken to Essentia, then flown to a Minneapolis hospital where he died.

Police are trying to figure out how and where the injuries occurred.

Fargo and West Fargo Police continue to investigate his death.

He attended daycare at Darcy Anderson’s unlicensed daycare.

Anderson has multiple felonies and misdemeanors on her record, including a charge for assault.

Her attorney says any rush to judgement based on her background is not appropriate.
