Subway donates $5,000 to Great Plains Food Bank

FARGO, N.D. – Subway gives $5,o00 to the Great Plains Food Bank as part of its partnership with Feeding America.

The money is coming after a drive by Subway in the month of September where for every meal purchased, the restaurant chain would donate two meals to food banks in our area.

Employees and franchises were excited to jump on board and give back to the community.

“There’s a sense of pride knowing that we can actually contribute to a need that’s in the communities,”

The check should provide 65,00 meals to food banks in our area, including the Great Plains Food Bank.

Subway plans on continuing the partnership in the future.
