Some Utility Service Restored in Tornado Ravaged Delmont, South Dakota
Electricity and water service have been restored in Delmont, South Dakota.
The town located west of Sioux Falls has about 200 people and was hit by a tornado Sunday morning.
The Red Cross is moving its operations center to New Hope Lutheran Church in Delmont in coordination with the Salvation Army.
More than 25-hundred meals and snacks have been served since the tornado hit, hurting nine people and damaging dozes of structures.
More than 30 Red Cross volunteers are in the area.
