Grand Forks Man Pleads Guilty in Overdose Case
One of a half-dozen people charged in a case involving numerous overdoses involving powdered fentanyl, says he will plead guilty.
Eighteen-year-old David Noye Jr., of Grand Forks, is charged with conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute controlled substances resulting in serious bodily injury and death.
The charge carries a maximum penalty of life in prison.
Grand Forks police have issued two public warnings about the dangers of fentanyl since 18-year-old Bailey Henke died from an overdose in January.
