Grand Forks Man Hits House, Two Cars
A Grand Forks man faces numerous charges after hitting two cars and a house.
26-year-old Arsenio James is being held on terrorizing, reckless endangerment and other charges.
Police say James was driving a pickup around 10 o’clock last night when he hit the cars and the house at 801 3rd Street North.
He fled from the scene on foot but was caught by officers a short time later.
No one was hurt.
