Train Hits Car in Traill County; Man Arrested for DUI

A Fargo man is arrested after a train hits his car in Traill County.

26-year-old Michael Cox is charged with DUI, driving with a revoked license and refusal of a chemical test.

A 27-year-old female passenger was taken to Altru in Grand Forks with non-life threatening injuries.

The collision happened about 11:30 last night when the car became stuck on the tracks of a dismantled crossing.
