Fargo’s Rodeway Inn: $10,000 Revenge?

An angry customer left a big dent in the Rodeway Inn on South University Drive.

This afternoon, a maintenance worker at the hotel reported that a vehicle ran into the back of their building.

The Inn’s General Manager believes the skid marks and damages belong to an angry customer who had checked-in, used the room and demanded the money back.

He says when the customer wasn’t refunded they decided to seek revenge.

Rodeway Inn General Manager Dean Rich says, “We’re guessing probably at least $10000 in damage. Maybe more. There’s some structural damage that took out the supporting posts so it went through the brick wall to the inside storage room.”

Rodeway Inn staff and others staying at the hotel are working with police to identify the suspect.
