Man Arrested For Burglary In Grand Forks

A Grand Forks man is arrested after breaking into a building.

Police responded to Alcott Manor late Saturday night after residents reported an unwanted man that broke a window in the building to get inside. He fled the building once a resident confronted him. 

He’s been identified as 27-year-old Todd Tormanen. Police were able to find him hiding under a truck.

He had an unrelated arrest warrant and is charged with burglary, criminal mischief and refusing to halt.
